Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and suits various storage applications including storing merchandise in shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, and hospital medical supply storage. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. It includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability, offering quick vertical adjustment of beams along the entire height without dead spots. When combined with a starter unit, a pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and eliminating wasted space. MIG welded beam clips add strength, and each beam end has three studs to engage upright slots. Beams can be easily adjusted on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools, allowing for simple level spacing changes, and a fold-in lock tab secures the beam to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels with front-to-back supports can be added to customize the adjustable metal storage rack.
