The Lyon® bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, as well as holding medical supplies in hospitals. This heavy-duty steel rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded 14-gauge steel uprights, each with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability and offering slots for quick vertical adjustment of beams without any dead spots. Each pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength, load capacity, and resistance to tipping while eliminating wasted space. The beams have MIG welded clips, three studs on each end to engage uprights, and can be easily adjusted on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels can be added with front-to-back supports for enhanced versatility.
