Lyon's® Bulk Storage Rack Add-On with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display and back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. The add-on includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel, which is fully assembled and ready to install, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability. The uprights have slots allowing quick and easy vertical beam adjustment without dead spots, providing optimal storage solutions along the full post height. When combined with a starter unit, a pair of uprights can hold up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength, load capacity, resists tipping, and eliminates wasted space. The MIG welded beam clips add strength, and each end of the beam has three studs to engage the upright slots. Beams are adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers and install without tools for easy spacing adjustment. A fold-in lock tab secures the beam to prevent accidental displacement, and additional levels with front-to-back supports can be added to create more storage options.
