Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish for protection against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each preassembled with tubular bracing that is MIG welded to the post for additional stability. The uprights have slots allowing quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams on 1-1/2-inch centers, with no dead spots disrupting beam placement along the entire height. A single pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made from 14-gauge steel, featuring a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength, load capacity, resist tipping, and optimize space. The beams have MIG welded clips for extra strength, with three studs on each end that engage with the uprights, locking securely with a fold-in tab to prevent displacement. The beams install without tools, facilitating easy adjustment of storage levels and the addition of front-to-back supports for enhanced storage options. The product includes a warranty covering specified terms and complies with applicable industry standards.
