Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with solid decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability; these uprights have slots along their entire height for quick and easy vertical adjustment of the beams without dead spots and can support up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel and feature a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength and load capacity, resist tipping, and reduce wasted space. The beams include MIG welded clips with three studs at each end for engagement with the uprights and can be adjusted in 1-1/2-inch vertical increments without tools. Fold-in lock tabs secure beams to posts to prevent accidental displacement. Solid decking is included to add more storage levels to the adjustable metal racks. The product is constructed to meet industrial standards for durability and load capacity and includes a warranty for quality assurance.
