Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage applications, including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The heavy-duty rack shelf features a durable dove gray powder coat finish to protect against everyday use. It includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel, which comes fully assembled and ready to install. The uprights feature tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability and slots for quick vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots along the entire height. A pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams, also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design, enhance strength, load capacity, and resistance to tipping while eliminating wasted space. Each beam end has three studs that engage with the upright slots, allowing easy adjustment on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools, with fold-in lock tabs to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels can be added using ribbed decking.
