Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with particle board decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving, retail display, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The rack features welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each fully assembled with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for stability and slots that enable easy vertical adjustment of beams without any dead spots along the post, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are constructed from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength, load capacity, and resistance to tipping while minimizing wasted space. Beam ends have three studs that engage with the uprights’ slots, allowing adjustment on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools; fold-in lock tabs prevent accidental displacement. The particle board decking adds additional storage support. The rack is finished with a durable dove gray powder coat paint to protect against everyday use. The package includes two fully welded uprights, heavy-duty beams, particle board decking, and hardware, with dimensions and specifications tailored to optimize storage needs.
