Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, as well as hospital medical supply storage. The rack features a durable powder coat finish in Dove Gray that protects the shelving from everyday use. The starter kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each upright assembled and ready to install, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability. The uprights are slotted to allow quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots disrupting beam placement and can support up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength, load capacity, and resist tipping while maximizing space. MIG welded beam clips and three studs on each end engage upright slots and allow adjustments on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers, with tool-free installation and fold-in lock tabs to prevent accidental displacement. The kit includes ribbed decking which provides additional storage levels, enhancing the versatility of the adjustable metal storage racks. Warranty terms apply as specified by the manufacturer.
