Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display or back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects the shelving from everyday use. The add-on includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability. The uprights have slots that provide quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots, allowing beam placement along the entire post height. One pair of bulk storage rack uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and eliminating wasted space. The beams feature MIG welded clips and three studs on each end to engage the uprights' slots, allowing for tool-free adjustment on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers and include fold-in lock tabs to prevent accidental displacement. The adjustable metal storage racks can be expanded with additional levels using ribbed decking to create more storage options.
