Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with particle board decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. The add-on features welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, fully assembled and ready to install, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability. Uprights have slots that allow quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams on 1-1/2-inch centers without any dead spots, enabling optimal placement along the entire height. A pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The rack includes heavy-duty 14-gauge steel beams with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and optimizing space. MIG welded beam clips add strength, and each beam end features three studs to engage the metal rack upright slots. Beams install without tools, and fold-in lock tabs secure the beams to prevent accidental displacement. The particle board decking can be added to create additional storage levels on the adjustable metal storage racks. The racks have a durable powder coat finish available in dove gray to protect against everyday use. Warranty terms apply as specified by the manufacturer.
