Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with particle board decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock storage, and medical supply holding in hospitals. The rack features two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each upright comes fully assembled with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability and slots for quick vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength, load capacity, and tip resistance while minimizing wasted space. Beam ends have three studs that engage the upright slots and can be adjusted on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools, secured by a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. The particle board decking adds more storage levels and durability. The entire rack is finished with a durable dove gray powder coat paint that protects it from everyday use.
