Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with solid decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for a variety of storage applications including shipping and receiving, retail display, back stock, and hospital medical supplies. The rack features a durable powder coat finish available in Dove Gray to protect against everyday use. It includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel, assembled and ready to install, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability. Uprights have slots allowing quick vertical adjustment of beams with no dead spots along the post height. When combined with a starter unit, a pair of uprights can hold up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design for increased strength, load capacity, and resistance to tipping, equipped with MIG welded beam clips and three studs at each end to engage the rack upright slots. Beams adjust easily on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers and install without tools; a fold-in lock tab prevents accidental displacement. Additional storage levels can be created by adding more solid decking to the adjustable metal storage racks.
