Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with particle board decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate-weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications, including use in shipping and receiving departments, retail display, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects it from everyday wear. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each with tubular bracing that is MIG welded for added stability and fully assembled for easy installation. The uprights allow quick vertical adjustment of the beams on 1-1/2-inch centers without any dead spots disrupting beam placement along the entire post height, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The 14-gauge steel heavy-duty beams feature a unique “Z” beam design to increase strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and eliminating wasted space; the MIG welded beam clips provide additional strength, and each beam end has three studs to engage the uprights. The beams install without tools and include a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. Additional levels can be added using particle board decking to expand storage capacity. The product is backed by a limited warranty covering workmanship and materials.
