Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with solid decking is designed for the hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The rack features welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, with each upright fully assembled and ready to install, tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability, and slots that allow quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots along the entire post height. One pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams, constructed from 14-gauge steel, incorporate a unique "Z" beam design for increased strength, load capacity, and tipping resistance, with MIG welded beam clips and three studs at each end to engage the upright slots. Beams adjust easily on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools and include a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. Solid decking can be added to create additional storage levels. The rack is finished with a durable dove gray powder coat paint to protect against everyday use, is made of heavy-duty steel, and meets industry standards for commercial storage racks. Dimensions and weight capacities are specified according to storage requirements, and the product includes a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
