Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with galvanized wire decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable powder coat finish available in dove gray to protect against everyday wear. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made from 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability. Each upright is fully assembled, ready to install, and features slots for quick vertical adjustment of beams along the entire height without any dead spots. Each pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also constructed from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and eliminating wasted space. The beams have MIG welded clips and three studs on each end to engage with the uprights, and they adjust vertically in 1-1/2-inch centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement.
