Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with solid decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display and back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability, featuring slots for quick vertical beam adjustment without "dead spots" along the upright posts. Each pair of uprights holds up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and minimizing wasted space. Beams have MIG welded clips, three studs on each end for engaging upright slots, and can be adjusted on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures beams to prevent accidental displacement. The package includes solid decking for added storage levels. The rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray for protection against everyday use.
