Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. The rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. It includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each upright is fully assembled with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for enhanced stability. Upright slots allow quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams without any dead spots along the entire height, and one pair of uprights can hold up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" design to increase strength and load capacity, resist tipping, and conserve space. The beams have MIG welded clips and three studs on each end to engage the uprights' slots, are adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers, and install without tools. A fold-in lock tab prevents accidental displacement. Ribbed decking allows for additional storage levels and increased versatility. The product includes a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
