Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. This heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable powder coat finish in Dove Gray to protect the shelving from everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each upright coming fully assembled and ready to install, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability. The uprights have slots for quick vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots, allowing optimal placement along the entire height and supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity, resists tipping, and eliminates wasted space. The beams feature MIG welded clips and three studs per end that engage with the uprights' slots, allowing adjustment on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement, and the system can be expanded with additional levels and front-to-back supports for versatile storage configurations. The product includes a warranty that covers the steel storage racks under specified terms.
