Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with ribbed decking is designed for the hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display and back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish for protection against everyday use. It includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability, allowing quick vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots interrupting beam placement along the entire height. A pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The 14-gauge steel heavy-duty beams utilize a "Z" beam design to enhance strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and space waste. The beams have MIG welded clips and three studs at each end to engage the upright slots, allowing repositioning on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. Fold-in lock tabs prevent accidental displacement. The ribbed decking is included to create additional storage levels with this metal storage rack, enhancing its versatility and capacity.
