Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for the hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects the shelving from daily use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each pre-assembled and equipped with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for enhanced stability. The uprights have slots allowing quick vertical beam adjustments on 1-1/2-inch centers without any dead spots, accommodating optimal beam placement along the entire post height, and supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and minimizing wasted space. Beams feature MIG welded clips with three studs on each end to engage with uprights securely, and fold-in lock tabs prevent accidental displacement. The beams install easily without tools and can be adjusted as storage needs change, with additional levels and front-to-back supports available to expand storage options.
