Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications such as shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The rack features welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, with two fully welded uprights included, each fully assembled and ready to install. These uprights have tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability, with slot openings allowing quick, tool-free vertical adjustment of beams on 1-1/2-inch centers without any dead spots, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and eliminating wasted space. Beam ends have three studs that engage the upright slots, and MIG welded beam clips enhance strength. A fold-in lock tab secures beams to prevent displacement. The rack has a durable dove gray powder coat finish for protection against everyday use, and additional storage levels with front-to-back supports can be added for more options.
