Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage applications such as shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish to protect against everyday use. The add-on includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel, featuring tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for enhanced stability, and upright slots that allow quick and easy vertical beam adjustments without dead spots, maximizing beam placement along the entire post height. When paired with a starter unit, a set of two uprights can support loads up to 10,000 lbs. The rack also includes heavy-duty beams made from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and eliminating wasted space. The beams have MIG welded clips and three studs at each end to engage the upright slots, allowing adjustment on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels with front-to-back supports can be added to further customize the adjustable metal storage rack. The product is robust, versatile, and designed for heavy-duty use with straightforward installation and adjustment.
