Lyon's bulk storage rack add-on with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display and back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The storage rack features a durable powder coat finish in Dove Gray to protect from everyday use. It includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability, and slots that allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots along the entire post height. When combined with a starter unit, a pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" design that increases strength and load capacity, resists tipping, and eliminates wasted space. MIG welded beam clips provide additional strength, with each beam end featuring three studs to engage the upright slots. Beams can be adjusted on 1-1/2 inch vertical centers and install without tools, with a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. The rack’s dimensions and specifications support the addition of multiple levels with front-to-back supports for enhanced storage capacity.
