Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display, back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. The rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. It includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability; the uprights come fully assembled and ready to install, offering quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams with slots along the entire post height and no dead spots, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength, load capacity, resists tipping, and eliminates wasted space, with MIG welded beam clips and three studs at each end that engage the upright slots for installation on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. The beams install without tools for easy level spacing adjustment and feature a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. Front-to-back supports add further stability and storage options, and the system complies with relevant industrial standards, with specified dimensions and specifications available to meet diverse storage needs.
