Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications such as shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supplies. The heavy-duty rack includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability. The uprights feature slots for quick, easy vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots along the post height, and one pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams, also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design, enhance strength, load capacity, and tipping resistance, with MIG welded beam clips for added strength. Each beam end has three studs to engage the upright slots and can be adjusted on 1-1/2 inch vertical centers without tools, allowing easy level spacing changes. A fold-in lock tab secures beams to prevent accidental displacement. The powder coat finish in dove gray protects the rack from everyday use. The kit includes welded 14-gauge steel uprights, heavy-duty 14-gauge steel "Z" beams with MIG welded beam clips, and front-to-back supports.
