Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with particle board decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability, and uprights that provide quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams with no dead spots, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are constructed from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and eliminating wasted space; the MIG welded beam clips add strength and each beam end has three studs to engage upright slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab prevents accidental displacement, and additional levels with particle board decking can be added to create more storage options. The product is certified and compliant with applicable safety standards, with specific dimensions and specifications available upon request.
