Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and suits various storage applications including merchandising in shipping and receiving, retail display, back stock, and medical supplies storage in hospitals. The rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday wear. It includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability and slots that allow quick, easy vertical beam adjustment without dead spots, providing full utilization of the upright height. Each pair of bulk storage rack uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" design to increase strength, load capacity, resist tipping, and optimize space, featuring MIG welded beam clips and three studs per end to engage upright slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures beams to the post to prevent accidental displacement. The ribbed decking further expands storage options by adding levels to the adjustable metal storage racks.
