Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. It includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability, featuring slots that allow easy vertical adjustment of the beams without any dead spots, and each pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design for increased strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and maximizing space; the beams have three studs at each end to engage with the upright slots and are adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. The beams install without tools and feature a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. Ribbed decking can be added to create more storage levels on the adjustable metal storage racks.
