Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with galvanized wire decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations, and hospitals for medical supplies. The rack features welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, with two fully assembled uprights per starter set, incorporating tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability. The uprights have slots offering quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams on 1-1/2-inch centers without any dead spots, allowing optimal placement along the entire height, and can support up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also constructed of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and maximizing space. Beams include three studs per end to engage with the uprights, feature MIG welded clips for added strength, and install without tools, with fold-in lock tabs for safety against accidental displacement. The galvanized flat wire decking completes the system, providing additional support and durability. The entire rack comes with a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect it from everyday use.
