Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable powder coat finish in Dove Gray to protect against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability; the uprights come fully assembled and ready to install with slots providing quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams along the entire height, with no "dead spots." Each pair of uprights can hold up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and eliminating wasted space; beam clips are MIG welded for added strength. Each beam end has three studs to engage the upright slots, allowing adjustments on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers, and beams install without tools to easily adjust level spacing. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels can be created by adding more front-to-back supports to the adjustable metal storage racks.
