Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with solid decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for a variety of storage applications including shipping and receiving, retail display, back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. The steel rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish to protect against everyday use. It includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing that is MIG welded for added stability, providing quick vertical beam adjustments without dead spots along the entire height of the post. When used with a starter unit, a pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength, load capacity, and resistance to tipping while minimizing wasted space. The beams have MIG welded clips, three studs at each end to fit upright slots, and can be adjusted easily on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. The rack’s solid decking can be added to create additional storage levels.
