Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with particle board decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and suitable for various storage applications, including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, as well as medical supply storage in hospitals. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, featuring tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability and slots that allow quick, tool-free vertical adjustment of beams on 1-1/2-inch centers with no "dead spots" along the entire height; each upright pair supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams, also 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design, enhance strength, load capacity, resist tipping, and maximize space, with MIG welded beam clips and three studs at each end to engage metal rack upright slots securely, along with a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. The particle board decking complements the adjustable metal storage rack levels, which have a durable powder coat finish in dove gray that protects against everyday wear. Warranty terms and certifications are maintained as per the product standards.
