Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with solid decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray for everyday use protection. The starter includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each pre-assembled and equipped with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability. Uprights have slots that allow vertical adjustment of beams on 1-1/2-inch centers without any dead spots, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design to enhance strength and load capacity, resist tipping, and optimize space. Beams feature MIG welded clips, three studs per end for upright engagement, and a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement; they install without tools for easy level spacing adjustments. Solid decking can be added for enhanced storage options. The product is manufactured to meet industrial standards and includes warranty terms as specified by the manufacturer.
