Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items, suitable for various storage needs including shipping and receiving, retail displays, back stock, and medical supplies storage in hospitals. The rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects the shelving from everyday wear. It includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for enhanced stability; the upright is pre-assembled and allows quick vertical beam adjustment with no dead spots along the height of the posts. Each pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made from 14-gauge steel, with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and minimizing wasted space. MIG welded beam clips add further strength, and each beam end has three studs that engage with upright slots. Beams are adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers and install without tools, featuring a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. The ribbed decking enhances storage options by adding sturdy levels to the adjustable metal storage racks.
