Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with solid decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate-weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. The rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. It includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability. The uprights have slots that allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without any dead spots, enabling beam placement along the entire post height. When paired with a starter unit, two uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength, load capacity, and resists tipping while reducing wasted space. Beam clips are MIG welded for added strength, and each beam end has three studs to engage the upright slots. Beams can be adjusted on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers and installed without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures beams to prevent accidental displacement. The rack allows for adding levels with solid decking to increase storage options. Warranty terms apply as specified by Lyon.
