Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with particle board decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and suitable for storing merchandise in shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display or back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The kit includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing that is MIG welded to the post for added stability. The upright is fully assembled and ready to install, featuring slots for quick vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots along the post height, and can hold up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are made from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength, load capacity, resists tipping, and eliminates wasted space. Beams have MIG welded clips, three studs at each end to engage the uprights, and can be adjusted on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. The system offers additional levels with particle board decking made from durable material to increase storage options. The entire steel rack is finished with a durable dove gray powder coat paint that protects it from everyday use. Warranty terms apply to the product.
