Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving, retail display, back stock, and medical supplies in hospitals. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made from 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability; these uprights come fully assembled and allow easy vertical adjustment of beams via slots without any dead spots, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also made from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" design that enhances strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and preventing wasted space. Beam clips are MIG welded, and each beam end has three studs for secure engagement with the uprights, allowing beam adjustment at 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. Fold-in lock tabs secure the beams to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels with front-to-back supports can be added to create versatile adjustable metal storage racks.
