Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping, receiving, retail display, back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. The rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish to protect against everyday use. The add-on includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for stability, allowing quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams along the entire height without dead spots. When paired with a starter unit, two uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength, load capacity, resist tipping, and maximize space, featuring MIG welded beam clips and three studs at each end to engage upright slots at 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. Beams install without tools and have a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage options are possible by adding more front-to-back support levels to this adjustable metal storage rack.
