Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display and back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish to protect against everyday use. It includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability; the upright comes fully assembled and ready to install. Upright slots allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without any "dead spots," providing optimal storage flexibility, and one pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. Lyon® heavy-duty beams, also 14-gauge steel, have a unique "Z" design to increase strength, load capacity, resist tipping, and maximize space. The MIG welded beam clips enhance strength, with each beam end having three studs to engage the uprights' slots and adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. Beams install without tools, enabling easy spacing adjustment, and include fold-in lock tabs to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels can be created by adding ribbed decking to these adjustable metal racks.
