Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with solid decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display or back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The steel storage racks feature a durable powder coat finish in Dove Gray to protect against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability, allowing quick and easy vertical beam adjustment through slots without any dead spots along the height. Each pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also constructed from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength, load capacity, resist tipping, and eliminate wasted space. Beam ends have three studs to engage with the uprights’ slots, and beams can be adjusted on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools, featuring a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. Solid decking can be added to create additional storage levels. The product meets industry standards for durability and structural integrity and comes with warranty terms as specified by Lyon's®.
