Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with galvanized wire decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability and featuring slots for quick vertical beam adjustments without any dead spots, capable of supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" design to enhance strength, load capacity, and resist tipping, secured by MIG welded beam clips, and equipped with three studs per end for engagement with the uprights on 1-1/2 inch vertical centers; beams install without tools and include fold-in lock tabs to prevent accidental displacement. The galvanized flat wire decking is included to provide additional adjustable storage levels. The entire steel storage rack is finished with a durable dove gray powder coat paint to protect against everyday use.
