Lyon's rivet rack shelving add-on is a medium-duty, boltless metal racking system made for retail and commercial storage applications, featuring a durable powder coat finish in dove gray. Each add-on section includes two 7-foot T-post uprights constructed from 14-gauge steel with keyhole slots designed to securely hold rivet rack beams. These uprights serve as intermediate supports when combining multiple sections, with angle posts reserved for the outermost corners of a starter unit. The shelving levels consist of double rivet 14-gauge steel beams—two width beams paired with two depth beams—providing a rigid and sturdy structure that easily slides into the keyhole slots. Levels are adjustable on 1-1/2-inch centers without the need for tools, allowing for flexible storage configurations. The shelving ships unassembled and can be installed without tools; however, anchoring is strongly recommended for safety, using rivet rack shelving foot plates and wedge anchors to secure posts to a plumb and level floor or wall to ensure stability and compliance.
