Lyon's Rivet Rack shelving add-on is a medium-duty, boltless metal racking system designed for retail, commercial, and office storage needs, featuring a durable powder coat finish in dove gray. The kit includes two 7-foot T-post uprights made of 14-gauge steel with keyhole slots that hold double rivet beams securely in place, allowing access from all sides. The double rivet beams, also 14-gauge, provide a rigid and strong assembly with two width beams and two depth beams per level, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch centers without the need for tools. When combining multiple sections, T-posts serve as intermediate uprights while angle posts of starter units go on the outer corners, creating a stable and rigid structure. The shelving ships unassembled and assembles easily without tools. Proper installation requires the racks to be plumb and level, with anchoring using included foot plates and wedge anchors to secure the posts to the floor for safety and stability.
