Lyon's® rivet rack shelving add-on is a medium-duty, boltless racking system designed for retail or commercial use, including offices and warehouses, featuring a durable powder coat finish in dove gray. The system includes two 7-foot T-post uprights made from 14-gauge steel with keyhole slots for securing rivet rack beams and serving as intermediate uprights when combining multiple sections. The shelving uses 14-gauge medium-duty double rivet beams that slide into the uprights’ slots, providing a rigid structure; each level consists of two width beams and two depth beams adjustable on 1-1/2-inch centers without tools. The rack ships unassembled and assembles easily without tools. It is recommended that all racks be properly anchored using rivet rack shelving foot plates and wedge anchors, ensuring the unit is installed plumb and level before securing to the floor or wall.
