Lyon's® Rivet Rack Shelving Starter is a medium-duty boltless racking system made from 14-gauge steel, suitable for retail, commercial, or office storage needs. Each starter section includes four 7-foot angle uprights with keyhole slots for holding double rivet steel beams, which are also 14-gauge and feature a double rivet design for added strength and rigidity. The beams, consisting of two width beams coupled with two depth beams per level, drop into the uprights without tools and adjust on 1-1/2-inch centers for flexible shelf spacing. The rack provides access from all sides and has a durable dove gray powder coat finish. The shelving ships unassembled and can be used alone or combined with add-on sections to create longer runs; assembly requires no tools. Lyon® recommends properly anchoring all storage racks using foot plates and wedge anchors for safety, ensuring racks are installed plumb and level before anchoring.
