Lyon's® rivet rack shelving add-on is a boltless medium-duty storage solution suitable for retail, office, and warehouse use, featuring a durable powder coat finish in dove gray. The kit includes two 7-foot T-post uprights made from 14-gauge steel with keyhole slots to hold the shelving beams securely. Double rivet beams, also 14-gauge, provide added strength and rigidity by easily sliding into the keyhole slots; each shelf level consists of two width beams and two depth beams with adjustable spacing on 1-1/2-inch centers, allowing tool-free assembly and reconfiguration. When combining multiple sections, T-posts serve as intermediate uprights, with starter angle posts placed on outer corners. The shelving ships unassembled and is designed for easy tool-free assembly, while Lyon® recommends proper anchoring using foot plates and wedge anchors to install racks plumb and level for safety and stability.
