Lyon's® Rivet Rack shelving add-on is a medium-duty, boltless metal racking system made for retail, commercial, or office storage needs, featuring a durable dove gray powder coat finish. Each add-on section includes two 7-foot T-post uprights made of 14-gauge steel with keyhole slots to securely hold 14-gauge double rivet beams, which provide a rigid and sturdy structure. Each shelving level consists of two width beams and two depth beams that adjust on 1-1/2-inch centers, allowing easy tool-free leveling changes. The add-on T-posts serve as intermediate uprights when joining multiple Rivet Rack sections, with angle posts from starter units placed at the outermost corners for longer rows. The product ships unassembled but assembles easily without tools. Lyon® recommends anchoring the racks plumb and level using foot plates and wedge anchors to secure the posts to the floor and/or wall, ensuring proper installation and stability.
