Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with particle board decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supplies. The rack features welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability. These fully assembled uprights provide slots for quick vertical beam adjustment without any dead spots, allowing placement of beams along the entire post height. One pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also constructed from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength, load capacity, and resists tipping while eliminating wasted space. Beams have MIG welded clips and three studs on each end to engage the uprights’ slots, adjusting easily on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. The kit includes particle board decking to add more storage levels to the adjustable metal racks. The entire assembly is finished with a durable Dove Gray powder coat paint to protect against everyday use. Warranty terms apply as provided by Lyon's.
