Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with solid decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. This heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray for protection against everyday use. The add-on includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability. The uprights offer slots for quick vertical adjustment of beams without any dead spots along the post height, allowing optimal placement and combined with a starter unit, a pair of uprights can hold up to 10,000 lbs. The rack uses heavy-duty beams made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and eliminating wasted space. MIG welded beam clips add further strength, with each beam end featuring three studs that engage the uprights' slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. Beams install without tools, allowing easy adjustment of level spacing as storage needs change, and a fold-in lock tab secures the beam to prevent accidental displacement.
