Lyon's bulk storage rack add-on with particle board decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray for everyday protection. It includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post, allowing quick vertical beam adjustments without dead spots and can support up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" design to enhance strength, load capacity, and stability while eliminating wasted space. Beam ends have three studs to engage upright slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools, and include a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. Multiple levels can be created by adding more particle board decking to these adjustable metal storage racks.
